You must get a whistle before you can be a whistle-blower

A picture of Ekiti state Governor, Peter Ayodele Fayose has appeared online. The picture was shared on Veign Magazine Twitter handle where he hanged a whistle around his neck. The main reason for this action is unknown but it seems that Governor Fayose has used the incident to comically express the recent  actions of EFCC and whistle-blowers in the country that led to the discovery of huge amounts of money.
